Sewing machines I use for handmade textiles art Bernina Record 830

Sewing machines to use. My favourite sewing machine I use whenever I do freehand machine embroidery is the Bernina Record 830 Heavy Duty vintage machine. The mechanical components are very quiet, (I think that mechanical components are the right words I am using??!) its a super strong piece of machine with a metal body, anyways if you have never used a Bernina Record 830 try it as you will see the difference in some of the new machines they have now, Lol! not that I have tried lots of the new modern Bernina am just going by the age of this machine as it sews beautifully and it is good condition for an old timer!
